Site Manager – External Refurbishment

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well–established maintenance contractor delivering a long–term external refurbishment programme on behalf of a local authority.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for managing day–to–day site operations across occupied social housing properties, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Managing subcontractors and direct labourEnsuring health & safety compliance on siteLiaising with residents, client representatives and the local authorityDelivering programmes to agreed timescales and budgetsMonitoring quality and ensuring excellent customer satisfactionMaintaining accurate site records and reporting progressWhat I'm Looking For:

Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing refurbishmentStrong background in external refurbishment projectsExperience working on occupied propertiesExcellent communication and organisational skillsSMSTS, CSCS and First Aid as a minimumFull UK driving licenceWhat's on Offer:
