Description
BMS require an experiuenced Site Manager for ongoing works in the Tottenham area of N18.
You will have at least 5-10 years experience of running Constuction Sites & a background in the following (NOT Housebuilding) is required:
Scope of Works
Groundworks Cladding Modular installation (shell only) Minor M&E works The project is primarily focused on managing the external works package.
Site Manager Requirements
The successful candidate must hold:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) Valid CSCS Card (Black Manager Card preferred or relevant management-level card) CITB Health, Safety & Environment Test First Aid at Work Certificate Relevant construction experience in site supervision/management Groundworks and cladding experience is essential PLEASE FORWARD YOUR CV BY RETURN
