Senior Site Manager

Description

We are working with an established specialist façade contractor who is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to take the lead on a recladding project in Poole.

The company specialises in façade, cladding and remediation works, delivering projects across the residential and commercial sectors.

The project is a £1.5m reclad of a residential block, with a programme of approximately 30 weeks. They require someone who can start immediately and take responsibility for the project through to completion.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of the recladding works, including:

* Managing site operations and subcontractors

* Driving programme and progress

* Liaising with the main contractor and project team

* Overseeing QA and quality of installation

* Managing health & safety

* Coordinating labour and materials

* Managing snagging and handover

* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required standard

The Candidate

You must have previous experience delivering recladding / façade remediation projects for a specialist façade or cladding contractor. xjnqpsq

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of recladding projects who is comfortable taking ownership of a £1m+ package and managing the works through to completion.
