Your new role

As Senior Site Manager, you will take a leading role in the delivery of a landmark 90m secure government project in Renfrew. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors and drive programme, quality and safety performance throughout the construction phase.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and coordinating subcontractors and site teamsMaintaining the highest standards of health & safetyDriving programme delivery and achieving key milestonesOverseeing quality assurance, inspections and handoversLeading site meetings and working closely with stakeholdersSupporting project reporting and planning activitiesMentoring and developing junior members of the site team

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager with a reputable main contractorStrong track record delivering large-scale new build construction projectsAbility to lead large site teams and multiple subcontract packagesExcellent communication, organisational and leadership skillsSound knowledge of health & safety legislation and quality proceduresSMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualificationsEligibility to obtain security clearance would be advantageous
