Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of social housing planned works. As Senior Site Manager, you will oversee contract delivery, leading a team of Site Managers and operational staff across multiple workstreams.

Lead and manage Site Managers and operational teams delivering planned maintenance worksOversee kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes within social housing propertiesEnsure contracts are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality expectationsMonitor performance against KPIs, driving continuous improvementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholdersEnsure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company proceduresManage programme planning, resource allocation, and subcontractor performanceContribute to commercial performance, including cost control and value optimisation

Profile

Proven experience in a Contract Manager/Site Manager role within social housing or planned maintenanceStrong track record delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmesExperience managing site teams and operational staffProven leadership, communication, and management skillsStrong understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements

Job Offer
