Our client, an independent Sales and Lettings agency in Southampton, is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator.

You will play a key role in driving sales, growing market share, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Managing and progressing residential sales and lettings transactionsConducting viewings and providing professional advice to clientsAssisting with valuations and property listings (experience beneficial)Building and maintaining strong client relationshipsDelivering high-quality customer service at every stageWorking collaboratively within a driven and supportive teamActively contributing to business growth and performance targets What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

Proven experience in residential sales and/or lettings (essential)Valuation and listing experience (preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional, articulate, and well-presentedPositive attitude and excellent telephone mannerHighly motivated, organised, and reliableGood local market knowledgeFull UK driving licence (own car preferred)A professional and proactive approach to estate agency What's In It For You?
