Senior Mechanical Services Engineer

Salary: GBP50,000 – GBP55,000 plus car allowance & generous benefits

Hours: 37 per week

Contract: Permanent

Are you an experienced Mechanical Services Engineer ready to take the lead on projects that make a real difference in communities?

We're looking for a talented professional to join our Property & Infrastructure team and play a key role in delivering high–quality, sustainable building services across a diverse portfolio – from schools and community centres to housing and corporate buildings.

What you'll be doing

Leading mechanical services design from concept through to completion Delivering innovative HVAC and public health systems that meet the highest technical, environmental, and sustainability standards Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to bring designs to life Preparing feasibility studies, design reports, and tender documentation Ensuring compliance with current regulations, best practice, and internal standards About you

Proven experience delivering and managing mechanical building services projects Strong knowledge of HVAC and public health systems design Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) Solid understanding of Building Regulations, including Part L1 and L2 Excellent project management, organisational, and communication skills Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent experience Why join us?
