Job Title: Senior Estate Agent – Sales

Location: Walthamstow

Salary: Up to 55,000 OTE, Including Car Allowance or Company Car and Guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months

Hours: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on / 1 off rota)

Responsibilities for the position of Senior Estate Agent:

Manage property sales whilst providing advice to customersCarry out property valuations and showcase them to achieve the best possible priceBuild strong relationships with clients, buyers, and professional contacts (solicitors, lenders, etc.)Identify new business opportunities and generate leadsAssist the Branch Manager in coaching, mentoring, and managing team performanceContribute to a culture of high performance, positivity, and collaborationExperience Required for the position of Senior Estate Agent:
