PRINCIPAL BUILDING SURVEYOR

They are seeking a Principal Chartered Building Surveyor to join their established Technical Due Diligence & Commercial Building Surveying team. This role offers significant scope, variety, and senior–level responsibility within a high–performing environment.

Key requirements:

MRICS qualified with a minimum of 3 years' PQE.

Strong all–round commercial surveying and consultancy experience.

Confident, professional client–facing communication skills.

Commercially aware and financially astute, with strong delivery focus.

Ability to manage a varied workload and balance multiple instructions.

Collaborative, relationship–driven, and committed to high standards of service.
