Your new company
You will work for a leading property agency based in the Midlands, with offices across Nottingham, Leicester and Derby. They operate across GP Surveying, Building Surveying and Valuation, and predominantly work in the commercial and retail sector. They have been market leaders for over 20 years and continue to develop their presence in the market.
Your new role
You will work as a Building Surveyor/Senior Building Surveyor in their Nottingham office, working with professional services, as well as some project work. You will work with dilapidations, condition surveys and reports and some party wall.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a Building Surveyor role, with professional services experience. You will ideally be keen to develop your career and self manage your workload. You will be MRICS or keen to complete your APC.
