15- 20 per hour inside IR35

Full-time - 37 hours per week

On Site - Loughborough

1-3 Month Contract

Are you an experienced Security Officer looking for your next immediately available contract role, working within a well-established education setting?

Do you hold a valid SIA licence and have experience maintaining a safe and secure environment, providing excellent customer service and dealing confidently with challenging situations?

You'll support the college at Stephenson Campus, helping to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors. The role will involve a strong focus on customer service, security procedures and effective de-escalation when dealing with incidents or challenging behaviour.

This role would suit someone with previous security experience who is looking for a short-term contract within an established education environment.

The Role:

Maintain a safe and secure environment across Stephenson CampusProvide professional and approachable customer service to students, staff and visitorsMonitor the site and respond appropriately to security incidentsUse effective de-escalation techniques when dealing with challenging situationsSupport the implementation of security procedures within an education settingLiaise with college staff and other relevant personnel when requiredFull-time position for an initial 1-3 month contractThe Person:

Hold a valid SIA Security LicencePrevious experience working as a Security Officer, Security Guard or in a similar security roleStrong customer service and communication skillsConfident using de-escalation techniques and managing challenging situationsAn understanding of security within an education setting is desirableProfessional, reliable and able to remain calm under pressureAble to work effectively as part of a wider teamAvailable to work full-time for the duration of the contractReference Number: BBBH(phone number removed)
