Scheme Manager
Ongoing Temporary
30 hours per week over 5 days
Widnes
Duties of the Scheme Manager role will include, but are not limited to:
Managing 37 properties in a brand new scheme, voids and tenanted (primarily decanted tenants from other schemes)Having a strong understanding of Housing management and elderly/retirement livingDealing with snagging in a new schemeUndertaking H&S checks including fire, legionella etcInstructing a cleaner and identifying issues with performanceReporting into operations managerTackling finances with tenants, including payment plansUndertaking meetings on Teams and dealing with full range of IT tasksThe successful Scheme Manager candidate will have:
Strong experience in a similar role is essential, as well as the ability to fully utilise IT systemsHousing Management backgroundEnhanced DBS check
