We're Hiring: Senior Land Referencer

Location – Birmingham

Salary – GBP30,000 – GBP40,000 + GBP3,045 Car Allowance

Due to continued growth, our client, a leading Utilities & Infrastructure consultancy, is seeking an enthusiastic and self–motivated Senior Land Referencer to join their Infrastructure hub in Birmingham.

What You'll Do

Geo–reference and digitise features from CAD and paper plans into ArcGIS Carry out desktop and contact referencing of affected parties Collect, manage, interpret, and analyse land data Input and maintain data within the land system Verify and update mapping layers Produce and quality–assure accurate legal documentation (order plans, books of reference, notices, schedules) Conduct site visits, door–knocking, and posting of notices Communicate clearly and compassionately with members of the public and clients Manage client expectations and oversee work allocation to junior team members Support project management activities including time management, invoicing, and stakeholder meetings What We're Looking For

Experienced Land Referencing professional with industry knowledge Strong GIS skills (ArcGIS) with the ability to manage and analyse data Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Ability to lead, mentor, and support junior colleagues Organised, adaptable, and motivated to develop as a consultant Why Join?
