The Hunt: Using a premium LinkedIn Recruiter license, job boards, and our massive internal database to track down top-tier construction talent.The Craft: Writing job ads that actually get read (don't worry, we'll help with that) and managing incoming applications.The Network: Becoming the go-to contact for construction professionals across Reading.
