We're looking for a motivated Lettings Executive / Residential Leasing Executive to join a fast–growing team responsible for renting high–quality city–centre apartments to young professionals.

This is a sales–focused property role where you'll manage enquiries, conduct viewings and convert leads into successful lettings.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound enquiries for residential apartments and city–centre rentalsConvert leads into viewings and completed lettingsConduct property viewings and show prospective tenants around apartmentsBuild strong relationships with young professionals and relocating tenantsManage your own sales pipeline through CRM systemsWork with marketing and operations teams to maximise occupancyWhat We're Looking For

This role suits candidates with experience in:

Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Executive / Property LeasingEstate Agency or Residential PropertySales Executive, Telesales or Consultative SalesYou should be:

Confident speaking with customers and building rapportTarget–driven and motivated by commission and sales performanceOrganised and able to manage multiple enquiriesInterested in developing a long–term career in propertyProperty experience is helpful, but sales ability and attitude are key.

Salary & Benefits

Monday – Friday: 8:30AM – 5:30PM

1 Saturday per month (10AM–2PM) with a half day off in lieu.
