Repairs Supervisor – Social Housing

Location: Kent

Job Type: Full–time, Permanent

Salary: 45,000– 46,000 + vehicle & fuel card

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team covering Kent.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in responsive repairs who enjoys leading teams, driving performance and delivering a high–quality service to residents.

The Role

Lead and support a team of trade operatives and subcontractors delivering responsive repairs.

Ensure repairs are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.

Carry out property inspections and monitor the quality of completed works.

Work closely with planning and customer service teams to ensure an excellent resident experience.

Promote health and safety, manage performance and support the development of your team.

About You

Previous experience supervising repairs or maintenance teams within social housing.

Strong knowledge of responsive repairs and building maintenance.

Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Confident using IT systems to manage workloads and performance.

Full UK driving licence.

A relevant trade qualification is desirable but not essential.
