We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate to join our client's friendly and supportive real estate team in Manchester. This role involves handling a varied caseload of real estate matters with household name clients.

Description
As a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate your duties will include:
Managing a diverse portfolio of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.Providing legal advice to clients on property-related matters.Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other documents.Conducting due diligence and handling property searches.Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal services.Advising on landlord and tenant matters.Ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations and best practices.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Profile
A successful Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate should have between 3-9 years PQE and a strong academic record. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
