Quantity Surveyor Prime Residential Projects Permanent Competitive Salary + Benefits A leading specialist contractor delivering luxury residential construction projects is looking to appoint an experiencedQuantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on prestigious high-end residential developments, taking ownership of the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account.

The Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring robust commercial control across multiple projects, including:

Cost planning, forecasting and financial reportingManaging subcontractor procurement, payments and valuationsProducing monthly valuations and cost reportsAdministration of JCT contractsManaging change events, risks and opportunitiesBuilding strong relationships with clients, consultants and project teamsEnsuring projects remain commercially successful and within budget Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quantity SurveyorExperience working for a main contractorStrong understanding of JCT contract formsExcellent commercial, negotiation and communication skillsDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related disciplineExperience within high-end or prime residential construction would be highly advantageous What's on Offer?
