Prepare detailed cost plans and estimates for property projects.Manage project budgets and ensure financial control throughout the lifecycle.Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors.Carry out risk assessments and advise on cost–effective solutions.Monitor project progress and prepare regular financial reports.Ensure compliance with legal regulations and contractual obligations.Collaborate with project teams to achieve successful outcomes.Profile

A successful Quantity Surveyor should have:

A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a similar field.Proven experience in the property industry, particularly in cost management.Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.Excellent analytical and problem–solving skills.Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Job Offer
