Location: Exeter and surrounding areas

Contract: Full–time, Permanent

What you'll be doing:

Managing budgets and costs for building and maintenance projects from start to finishPlanned Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance and voids contractsPreparing tenders, cost reports, and ensuring projects stay on scheduleLiaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain quality and complianceMaking sure health and safety standards and contractual obligations are metWhat we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or housingStrong commercial awareness and negotiation skillsExcellent attention to detail and communication skillsRelevant qualifications and a full UK driving licenceWhat's on offer:
