The Role
As our Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for:
Managing project costs from tender to final accountPreparing valuations, variations, and cost reportsLiaising with clients, subcontractors, and site teamsEnsuring accurate forecasting and budget controlSupporting procurement and contract administration
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within constructionStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and attention to detailRelevant qualifications (e.g., degree in Quantity Surveying or similar)
