You understand the mechanics of a consultancy P&L. Your focus here will be driving regional expansion.

Commercial Execution: Lead the strategic growth plan to double current turnover, identifying new market sectors and high-margin service offerings. Business Development: Leverage your existing Cambridge/East Anglia network to secure new projects, heavily weighting towards the GBP2m target. Operational Leadership: Mentor the existing team of Surveyors and Project Managers, ensuring project delivery standards remain impeccable during a period of rapid scale. You're a seasoned and chartered Professional Quantity Surveyor with over a decade of experience, along with;

Network: You must be a known entity in the East of England property/construction sector. A highly active, immediate "black book" of regional contacts is essential for this role. Skills: In addition to your years of Quantity Surveying and Cost Management, we're looking for a strong background with Employers Agent responsibilities. The Credentials: MRICS qualified, with a substantial track record in a senior leadership role within a competing consultancy environment.
