Quality Assurance Manager

Description

We are recruiting for a Construction Quality Assurance Manager to join a respected UK Principal Contractor, working on a project in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction QA Manager who is passionate about delivering projects to the highest standard while advancing their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project quality plans, procedures, and inspection regimes.Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Conduct quality audits, inspections, and reviews of construction activities.Manage non-conformances, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.Oversee quality documentation, testing records, and project handover packages.Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to drive quality performance.Monitor quality KPIs and promote a right-first-time culture.Requirements:

Proven experience in construction quality management.Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspections, and auditing processes.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with ISO 9001 and construction industry standards.Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 (Dependent on Experience)
