Key Responsibilities

Handling a high volume of incoming enquiries from buyers and investorsNegotiating property sales to achieve the best outcomes for all partiesManaging a large and varied caseload of property transactions from start to completionLiaising regularly with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and surveyors to ensure smooth progressEnsuring timely completions and maintaining excellent communication throughout the processUpdating and maintaining accurate records using the in–house case management systemSkills and Experience

We are looking for a professional and proactive individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to think on their feet. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience and demonstrate:
