An opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a well–established estate agency with a diverse portfolio, working with a varied client base, from independent landlords to corporate clients,

As a Property Manager, you will oversee residential property management activities, helping to ensure properties are managed effectively and tenants and landlords receive a professional service.

This role offers salary range of GBP30,000 – GBP35,000 and benefits.

What We re Looking For:

Approx 3 years residential experience would be preferredMust have access to your own car.An ARLA qualification is not essential.

The candidates from the following background will be considered:

Property Manager, Residential Property Manager, Lettings Property Manager, Lettings Manager, portfolio manager, Block Manager, Tenancy Manager or in a similar role.
