What you'll be doing

Respond promptly to client and resident enquiries, providing timely updates on outstanding issuesOversee all health, safety and compliance requirements across your portfolioCarry out regular site inspections to maintain standards and ensure complianceManage contractors to deliver high-quality, cost-effective servicesPrepare accurate annual budgets for each developmentAttend resident meetings, including occasional out-of-hours sessionsLead client relationship management across assigned sites as the primary point of contactDeliver exceptional customer service with a professional, solutions-focused approachHandle all enquiries in line with the Centrick Customer Service CharterSupport day-to-day departmental operations in line with Director guidanceContribute to team meetings with ideas that drive process and service improvementsWhat you need to succeed
ATPI qualified, with progression toward MTPI certificationStrong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in MS Office and relevant industry softwareComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentProven background in customer service and experience within the property sectorWhy join us?
