We are a fast–growing Worcestershire–based commercial property consultancy looking for a motivated Property Manager to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow our commercial property portfolio while delivering excellent customer service.

The Role:

Carry out regular property inspections and prepare reports Coordinate maintenance and repair work with contractors and suppliers Respond to tenant queries promptly and professionally Assist with service charge budgets, financial reports, lease renewals and rent reviews Maintain property management software (Re–Leased) and accurate records Support compliance tasks including health and safety regulations About You:

Commercial property management experience preferred (strong residential background considered) Knowledge of lease agreements and tenant relations Strong organisational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with a proactive approach Willingness to learn and develop within a growing business What We Offer:
