Are you an experienced Project Manager?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Project Manager to join a well-established and growing construction business. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised individual who can oversee projects from pre-construction through to final handover, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site teams, managing client relationships, monitoring project performance, and driving successful project outcomes across a variety of construction schemes.

Essential:

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industryStrong understanding of construction methodologies and project deliveryExperience managing projects from inception to completionStrong commercial awareness and budget management experienceFull UK Driving Licence Desirable:

Construction-related qualification (HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent)SMSTSCSCS Manager CardFirst Aid at WorkExperience across Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Education, or Residential sectors Roles & Responsibilities

Manage construction projects through all phases of deliveryDevelop and maintain project programmes and schedulesCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teamsMonitor project progress against programme and budget requirementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersIdentify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunitiesEnsure projects meet quality standards and client expectationsManage project costs, variations, procurement, and resource allocationChair project meetings and provide regular progress updatesEnsure all project documentation is completed accurately and maintainedSupport successful project handover and close-out proceduresDrive continuous improvement across project delivery processes Requirements

As Project Manager, you will also be expected to:
