Freelance Project Manager - Hull
Location: Hull
Duration: Holiday Cover (3-4 Weeks)
Rate: £300-£325 per day
Start: Immediate
I'm working with a Tier 1 contractor who needs a Freelance Project Manager to provide holiday cover on a supermarket cut and carve project in Hull.
This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with one of the UK's leading main contractors, with the potential to be considered for future projects.
The Role
Managing the day-to-day running of a live site.
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works stay on programme.
Maintaining high health & safety standards.
Liaising with the client, site team and supply chain.
Keeping the project running smoothly while the permanent Project Manager is on leave.
What They're Looking For
Previous experience as a Project Manager on commercial refurbishment or fit out projects.
Tier 1 main contractor experience is highly desirable.
Experience delivering supermarket, retail or cut and carve projects would be an advantage.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
What's on Offer
