The successful candidate will initially take responsibility for delivering a major student accommodation development in Central Cardiff. The project involves a substantial refurbishment alongside new-build extensions and has an anticipated programme of approximately 18 months.

Following the successful completion of this scheme, you will have the opportunity to continue working on a variety of high-profile regional projects, providing excellent job security and genuine career development.

The Role

Lead the successful delivery of a major student accommodation project from construction through to completion. Manage programme, quality, health and safety, and commercial performance. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. About You

Experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, or a proven Senior Site Manager looking to progress into a Project Management role. Previous experience delivering refurbishment and/or new-build projects for a main contractor. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. Commercial awareness with the ability to drive programmes and manage project delivery. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction. What's on Offer?
