Salary– 55,000– 60,000

We are working with a principal property services contract that are looking for a project manager to oversee planned social housing works in the Grimsby area.

As Project Manager, you will;

Oversee the delivery of planned social housing refurbishment works, including retrofitManage both direct and sub–contracted labourMaintenance and enhance relationships with clients by providing regular updatesMonitor KPI's Identify potential risks and put appropriate plans in plansAs Project Manager, you will;

Have project management experience within refurbishment/social housingHold a relevant construction management qualificationSMSTSHave the ability to form strong client relationshipsExperience of overseeing multiple projects at onceAs Project Manager, you will receive;
