Key aspects of the role:

Managing a team of Site Managers, Administrators, and subcontractors to ensure the works run smoothly.Travelling to and from sites whilst communicating with the senior team and reporting the progress of projects.Primarily surveying a radius of 30 miles of Nottingham.Working on FM contracts primarily focusing on bar/restaurants refurbishments.

What you'll need:

Essential:

Previous FM experienceProven expertise with in managerial positionsUK Driving LicenceSMSTS or equivalentFirst Aid at work
