Project Manager - Building Safety Remediation and Major Works

£30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Our client is one of the top 3 managing agents in the northwest, managing buildings primarily in Manchester but also out to Liverpool. Several of their buildings have ongoing cladding/fire safety remedial work that requires administration from their side, primarily receiving updates from the contractors and passing it on to their client and residents, keeping track of payments and milestone dates, working closely with the cladding contractor's project manager. They also manage smaller scale projects such as redecoration, replacement roofs, windows etc. They are looking for someone to join the team and take care of the project administration/management, keeping the team and their clients updated on a regular basis.

The role would suit someone with project management experience, ideally within the property industry. The ideal candidate would also, ideally, be fully up to speed with the Building Safety Act and current fire legislation, as they'd be working alongside their compliance department to ensure building compliance is maintained.

The role will briefly entail:

Planning & Scheduling of worksUpdating trackers/systems on a daily basisInternal & External meetingsCollecting information from site and reporting on timesheets and invoicesWork with the wider team in resolving delays and disruptions to the programsProviding updates to Homes EnglandOther administrative duties as required
