Project Director (MEP)

Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Project Director to join a major, technically complex construction programme in the Suffolk/Cambridgeshire area.

The role will take responsibility for overseeing and driving the delivery of a significant MEP package valued at circa £25m, with a strong focus on programme, coordination and successful completion.

The Role

You will provide senior leadership across the MEP works, working closely with the wider project team, subcontractors and key stakeholders to maintain momentum and ensure delivery against programme.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Leading and driving MEP delivery through to completion

* Managing programme, progress and key project milestones

* Coordinating MEP contractors and relevant project stakeholders

* Identifying and resolving delivery risks and programme issues

* Providing strong leadership and maintaining accountability across the project

* Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards

The Candidate

We are looking for a delivery-focused senior MEP professional with experience managing large and complex building-services packages. xjnqpsq You should have strong programme awareness, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to drive projects through challenging delivery phases.

Experience working as a Senior MEP Project Manager, MEP Contracts Manager, Building Services Manager or Project Director on major construction projects would be particularly relevant
