We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a busy social housing maintenance contract covering properties throughout Bolton.This is a temporary role offering ongoing work for the right candidate, carrying out a variety of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works within occupied and void social housing properties.

Your new role

Carrying out responsive plumbing repairs and maintenanceRepairing and replacing taps, toilets, sinks, baths, and showersDiagnosing and rectifying plumbing faultsWorking on hot and cold water systemsCompleting bathroom and kitchen plumbing installationsEnsuring all work is completed to a high standard and within target timesWorking in occupied and void domestic propertiesMaintaining excellent customer service when dealing with tenantsWhat you'll need to succeed

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in PlumbingPrevious experience working within social housing or domestic maintenanceFull UK Driving Licence
