Job Title: Plasterer multiLocation: North Birmingham

Contract: Temp, ongoing

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Rate: GBP20.27 per hour CIS

About the Role:

Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Plasterer multi to join our client s reactive maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out upgrades and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a variety of plastering upgrades for tenanted properties across Central & North Birmingham.

Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.

Experience in other trades to atleast a basic standard, such as floor laying / plumbing / tiling / carpentry.Complete full works required including bond, boarding, skimming, dabbing, attending to damp & mould ensuring health and safety processes are adhered to.

Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits

Requirements:

NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in trade

Previous experience in plastering across social housing or private

Strong communication and customer service skills

Full UK Driving Licence

Ability to perform basic secondary trades
