Non-contentious Construction Paralegal(12 Month FTC)

Renowned London law firm who champions a collaborative and supportive culture is seeking a Non-contentious Construction Paralegal to join the firm's successful Non-Contentious Construction team on a 12-month fixed term contract with potential to extend.

Assist with drafting, reviewing and organising transaction documents, including NDAs, SPAs, disclosure schedules, corporate approvals and ancillary agreementsCoordinate deal execution, including managing signing/closing checklists, collating signature pages and preparing closing setsManage due diligence tasks: collecting documents, maintaining trackers, liaising with internal teams and foreign counselMaintain and update transaction trackers, data rooms and other client/internal workflow toolsAssist with Companies House filings and financial and corporate information checksLiaise directly with clients, counsel, counterparties and internal deal teamsConduct legal and market research to support Associates on transaction-related issuesHandle general administrative support, such as proofreading documents, preparing filings and managing deal correspondenceNon-contentious Construction Paralegal Skills & Requirements:

12 months+ Commercial Real Estate / Property/ Development Paralegal experience within a law firmExcellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrate a client-orientated approach, both internally and externallyOrganised Individual, who can multitask and happy to get involved in various tasksDocusign experience favourable.
