We are hiring Operatives, Foremen, and IPV Foremen and IPV Operatives to come and join our wonderful team!

Location: Wraysbury, TW19 6HA

Fantastic location, with ease of access from the motorway, close to Windsor and Maidenhead

Hours: Night shifts – must be flexible to work weekends if and when required.

Salary: Competitive pay depending on qualification, location and experience, plus benefits and overtime opportunity.

Your role across our Traffic Management TeamWhether you join us as an Operative, Foreman, or IPV Foreman/Operative, you ll play a key role in keeping roads safe and projects running smoothly.

Your responsibilities may include:

Installing, maintaining, and removing traffic management equipment (cones, signs, barriers, and lights)Driving and operating IPV vehicles where qualifiedLeading or supporting a crew to ensure all work is delivered safely and efficientlySetting up and managing lane closures, road closures, and diversion routesCarrying out site checks in line with Chapter 8 regulationsCommunicating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsCompleting traffic counts, reports, and near–miss documentationEnsuring compliance with health and safety standards at all timesSupporting and mentoring trainees and new team membersAssisting supervisors and managers to ensure projects are delivered on time

What are we looking for

Essential:

Qualifications: 12b LTMO or 12a Traffic Management Foreman qualification and IPV qualificationKnowledge: Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulationsDriving Licence: Full licence with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have expired at least 5 years ago, plus an HGV licenceTesting: Must pass a drug and alcohol test (offer contingent on results)Attitude: Positive, can–do mindsetSkills: Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail
