Description
I am currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join an well established housing associations in the west midlands. This Multi Trade Operative will be expected to carry out reactive maintenance on social housing properties.
The duties of the Multi Trade Operative will include:
Conducting reactive repairs within customers homesDealing with emergency repairs Routine repairs Responding to prearranged repair appointmentsUsing a wide range of trades on a day to day basis
As a Multi Trade Operative we need you to have:
Experience in a core trade of carpentry, plumbing or plasteringDriving licence (clean)Excellent communication skills and a customer focusSocial housing experience
What you can expect as a Multi Trade Operative
Long term work 22 per hour with CIS paymentsVan and fuel card provide
