What you’ll be doing

Deliver a high-quality plumbing repairs service across domestic properties, including bathrooms, sinks, taps and drainage systems

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality, productivity and safety

Attending and completing all required training, toolbox talks, and e-learning modules

Communicating professionally and empathetically with customers, colleagues, and local stakeholders

Carrying out work safely and professionally, ensuring customers’ homes are left clean and secure

Using PDA/mobile technology to receive, update, and manage repair jobs efficiently

Producing accurate records, including before-and-after photographs and detailed job notes

What you’ll need

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent

Full UK manual driving licence

A customer-focused approach with pride in delivering high-quality work

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support colleagues

Reliable, professional, and committed to safe working practices

Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and teams
