MULTI SKILLED MAINTENANCE ENGINEER/HANDYMAN

Nouvo Recruitment are supporting an organisation who are looking to recruit a strong Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of working as Maintenance Engineer and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Carpentry to include door hanging Lighting (Small installation, Fault–finding, Lamping, etc) Basic plumbing and electrical works Painting and decorating Maintain and update Log books Plumbing – Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors Water flushing / temp checks logs Boosted water pumps Attending Client meeting General PPMs Control of sub–contractors Permit to work system Maintaining Site logbooks
