Ensure all works are carried out to time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and housing regulations.

Maintain accurate records and report regularly on the progress of repairs and inspections.

Work closely with contractors to monitor quality, delivery, and performance against KPIs.

Provide technical advice on disrepair cases and damp & mould challenges, helping resolve issues to improve tenant satisfaction.

Proven experience as a Maintenance Surveyor within the social housing sector.
