We are seeking an experienced Interim Maintenance & Compliance Manager to lead on property maintenance and statutory compliance for a local authority's commercial assets. This 6–month role requires a confident leader with strong knowledge of compliance regulations, budget control, and contractor management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 5 delivering maintenance and compliance across commercial buildingsOversee statutory compliance, focusing on the Big 6: Asbestos, Electrical Safety, Fire Safety, Gas Safety, Water Hygiene, Lifts & Lifting EquipmentManage planned/reactive maintenance and ensure service delivery through external contractorsMonitor and manage maintenance budgetsBuild strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholdersProvide regular compliance reporting and risk updates to senior leadersRequirements:
