The Role

This is a key support role within a busy lettings team, focused on ensuring the smooth onboarding and marketing of properties while keeping operations running efficiently. You'll act as a central point of coordination between landlords, tenants and internal teams, ensuring compliance, accuracy and a high standard of service throughout the lettings process.

Key responsibilities

Managing landlord onboarding from compliance through to marketingSending out paperwork and ensuring properties are fully compliantCreating and maintaining accurate property records on internal systemsBooking photography, floorplans and EPCs with external suppliersLiaising with internal teams to ensure all documentation is in place ahead of move–insHandling incoming calls and enquiries professionallyProviding feedback to landlords, tenants and applicantsPreparing marketing materials and market appraisal packsSupporting with audits and ensuring adherence to proceduresManaging invoices, expenses and general administration

What You'll Need

Minimum 1 year's experience within an administrative roleIdeally experience within lettings, estate agency or propertyStrong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workloadExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyConfident IT skills including Microsoft OfficeProfessional telephone manner and client–facing confidenceA proactive and team–focused approach
