Are you a qualified LANTRA M2 & M5 Traffic Management Operative looking for regular work, great rates, and the opportunity to join a busy and growing team?
Coyles are currently recruiting experienced Traffic Management Operatives for ongoing projects throughout London and the surrounding areas. We are recruiting for a variety of depot and on-site roles, offering work for motivated and reliable individuals.
The Role
As part of the Traffic Management team, you'll play a vital role in keeping motorists, pedestrians, and workforces safe across a range of highway and infrastructure projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Setting up and collecting Traffic Management installations
* Implementing road closures and diversion routes
* Working on multi-phase traffic management systems
* Installing, maintaining, and servicing temporary traffic lights
* Carrying out battery changes and routine equipment checks
* Manning temporary traffic light sites
* Operating Stop & Go systems
* Supporting depot operations and vehicle loading when required
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with industry standards
This is a varied role with a mix of on-site and depot-based duties, providing plenty of opportunity to build experience within a busy Traffic Management operation.
Shift Patterns
* Monday to Friday
* 10-12 Hour Shifts
* Day and Night Shifts Available
* Weekend Work Available
* Ongoing Work Opportunities
Essential Requirements
* LANTRA 12D M2 Qualification
* LANTRA 12D M5 Qualification
* Full UK Manual Driving Licence
* Previous Traffic Management Experience Preferred
* Reliable and Professional Attitude
* Safety Critical Medical (Desirable)
