Duration: 4-week contract
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am start
We are currently looking for a Semi-Skilled Operatives to work on a water treatment project in Reading.
The successful candidates will be working within aeration lanes, carrying out general mechanical and site-based duties including cleaning, removal of existing pipework and installation of new pipework.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Working within aeration lanes on a water treatment site.
*
Cleaning and preparing work areas.
*
Ripping out and removing existing pipework.
*
Assisting with the installation of new pipework.
*
Loading and moving removed pipework and materials into skips.
*
General semi-skilled mechanical/site duties.
*
Following site health & safety procedures at all times.
*
Working as part of a team to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
Requirements
Candidates must have:
*
Valid Confined Space (Medium Risk) certification (Training can be provided).
*
Valid Thames Water Passport (Training can be provided).
*
Valid CSCS Card.
*
Previous water/wastewater treatment experience preferred.
*
Previous pipework or mechanical experience. xjnqpsq

Full standard PPE.
*
Full orange/high-visibility workwear.
*
Steel toe-cap wellington boots
