34k – 36k (12 month fixed term contract)

Our client is looking for a top notch Junior Development Manager with exceptional customer service to be responsible for the day–to–day operational running of this modern riverside residential development in Twickenham. Duties will include hands on management of the front desk (involving concierge duties such as managing parcels, keys, resident queries and complaints), carrying out health and safety inspections, daily audits, plant room checks and reporting as required, ensuring any action points are attended to in a timely manner, overseeing contractors and ensuring Permits to Work are correctly completed and accompanied by Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), ensuring the communal areas, plant rooms and the estate meets all Health and Safety Standards, ensuring that the onsite team are following all policies and procedures, liaising with residents and contractors regarding routine repair and maintenance requests, attending regular meetings with the client, reporting on various aspects of estate management including Health and Safety, remedials, project management, operational overview etc, and undertaking the general duties as required from time to time commensurate with the management of residential property in accordance with industry best practise. The Junior Development Manager should have prior experience in similar role, a strong understanding of health and safety regulations, be proactive approach, and be able to use initiative when required. This is a 12 months fixed term contract.
