Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: 35-45,000 DOE

We are working with a well-established architectural practice with a strong national presence, currently looking to appoint an Intermediate or Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Milton Keynes team. The practice has a long-standing relationship with a major UK supermarket chain, delivering a consistent pipeline of retail projects across the country. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team, working on fast-paced, high-volume schemes with real responsibility and client exposure.

Producing detailed technical drawing packages using RevitDelivering projects across RIBA Stages 3-6Working on retail schemes for a major supermarket clientCoordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teamsManaging multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentAttending client and site meetings where requiredEnsuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standardsIdeal Candidate

Intermediate or Senior level with strong UK project experienceProficient in Revit (essential)Solid experience in technical delivery and detailingPrevious retail or rollout project experience is advantageousStrong understanding of Building Regulations and construction processesAble to manage workload across multiple projectsConfident communicator with a proactive approach
