Lakeland Verandahs is continuing to experience significant growth, with demand for our UPVC Decking, Fencing, Veranda and Pergola products stronger than ever. As a result, we are looking to expand our installation teams and welcome reliable, practical people who want to build a long-term career with us.

We have operational bases in Rhyl and Preston and are particularly keen to hear from candidates based in North Wales or the North West who are flexible to work across both regions.

The Role

As an Installer, you will be responsible for the fitting and finishing of our range of products, including UPVC decking, fencing, verandas and pergolas, at customer sites across the North West and North Wales.

Flexibility to travel and work across both North Wales and the North West, including the Rhyl and Preston areas, is important for this role.

This is a hands-on, practical role suited to someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work. You will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring installations are completed to a high standard and in line with company guidelines.

Who We're Looking For

Previous installation experience would be advantageous, but we are also happy to consider practical, reliable candidates who are keen to learn and develop their skills.

We would particularly like to hear from people with experience in areas such as decking, fencing, verandas, landscaping, joinery, construction or similar outdoor installation work.

The ideal candidate will have:

A full UK driving licencePrevious installation, construction, landscaping or other practical experience would be advantageousStrong attention to detail and pride in producing quality workReliability, punctuality and a professional attitudeThe ability to problem-solve on siteWillingness to work outdoors in all seasonsGood communication skills and the ability to work well with colleaguesFlexibility to work across North Wales and the North West
