Complete job sheets, service reports, risk assessments and other required documentation accurately.

Follow applicable F-Gas regulations and refrigerant handling procedures when working on relevant systems.

Ensure equipment is maintained in line with manufacturer recommendations and contractual requirements.

Good technical knowledge of air conditioning systems, chillers, boilers, ASHP etc. maintenance procedures and fault diagnosis. Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a technically competent HVAC engineer with a strong maintenance background, a professional approach and the ability to work independently across commercial environments.

You will ideally have:

Proven experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and servicing.

Experience with planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and fault finding.

Knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation systems and associated mechanical plant.
